BrawBikes is not a walk-in bikeshop. I will collection and drop back your bike at a time convenient to you, for £5 per mile from Murthly, Perthshire 

(free collection within Murthly).

So if you live five miles drive away, I will collect and return your bike back for £25. This price is factoring in vehicle costs and the time to drive.

You are welcome to drop off and collect yourself, by arrangement.

Workshop time is charged at £65 per hour or part thereof, including VAT.

Indicative service cost will be discussed, and any limit agreed beforehand.

I don't offer fixed-price servicing. Fixed-price means either you pay too much when work is finished quickly, or quality suffers when unexpected faults are found - it's not a good model for either party, so I don't follow it.

You will pay a fair price for the work needed to get your bike running perfectly - no more, no less.

Parts supplied are warrantied. If you want to provide your own parts a 20% surcharge on labour is applicable.
